PATIENT CARE:
We understand that each patient is an individual with physical, emotional adn financial requirements. We are committed to listen to our patients and help them design a treatment plan that fits with their own individual requirements and desires.
With respect to our services, suffice it to say Dr. Small is one of the most skilled dentists, and while he is a “General Dentist” Dr. Small has both the training and experience to provide you the most advanced dental care available. Whether that care you desire is an enhanced smile utilizing veneers, very lifelike crowns or simply bleaching, perhaps you may have concerns about your dental health, or you just want to ensure your teeth can actually last-for-a-lifetime, Dr. Small will listen to you, explain to you all the options, and deliver your care as you desire.
If you have missing teeth, rampant decay, bad breath, puffy gums, and want to look and feel your best, please call us for a free cosmetic evaluation: 417-882-0930.
Just a few examples of our services include those services you would expect a General Dentist to provide like fillings and cleanings. However we also provide what people are calling "cosmetic" crowns, veneers, bridges, tooth-colored natural looking fillings, and smile design services.
If you have infections in your mouth, we provide services and treatments to help your body become healthy again, from root canal treatments, scaling/rootplaning—“deep cleaning” as some people call it, and even extractions of hopeless teeth.
If you have lost teeth for whatever reason, we can provide the most natural looking dentures for you, with you having the opportunity to preview and be involved with the process giving you control of your smile. If you already have loose fitting worn-out dentures, we can help there too. Sometimes we may recommend a removeable bridge (called a partial denture) to restore missing teeth. You will make the choice. If, for some reason, you have clicking/popping or pain in your face when you chew, we can diagnose and help you decide the best course of treatment to help alleviate your pain.
One popular option to replace missing teeth is the use of an implant. This is a titanium root-form that replaces the root of natural teeth. We work with skilled clinicians who place the implant body, then we will place the new tooth on top of the implant to restore your chewing function.
We routinely work with other qualified dentists and specialists in the areas of Orthodontics (braces), complex Endodontics, Periodontics, Prosthodontics and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
